Please read these Terms before using the Site. By using ponyrealism.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what the Site offers

Pony Realism (“we”, “us”, or “our”) runs an informational website about Pony Realism, a community photorealistic text-to-image checkpoint in the Pony / PonyXL ecosystem.

The Site currently provides:

  • educational pages about Pony Realism
  • a blog
  • links to third-party model pages and communities (for example Hugging Face and Civitai)
  • a /playground page that embeds third-party Hugging Face Spaces for trial image generation in the browser

The Site does not currently provide:

  • user accounts or logins
  • paid subscriptions or generation credits
  • direct hosting/sale of model weight downloads from our own store

Browsing this Site does not transfer ownership of any third-party model files to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Site for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

3. License to use the Site

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site for personal or internal informational purposes, under these Terms.

You may not:

  • overload, scrape in an abusive way, or disrupt the Site
  • try to break into our systems
  • reverse engineer non-public parts of the Site except where the law allows
  • use the Site to break the law or harm other people’s rights

4. Third-party playground and external services

4.1 Playground embeds

Playground can load these third-party Spaces (tab switch on the page):

Those Spaces are run by third parties. If you use them:

  • Hugging Face terms and the Space operator’s rules also apply
  • prompts, uploads, and outputs are processed on systems we do not control
  • a Space may be slow, offline, changed, or blocked from embedding at any time
  • we do not promise quality, safety, uniqueness, or uptime of third-party results

4.2 Model files and licenses

Pony Realism and related files are published by their authors (for example on Hugging Face or Civitai) under their own licenses. Downloading and using those files is between you and the rights holders. Always read the model card and license before commercial use.

4.3 Other links

External links are for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party sites or tools.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, Playground, or linked generation tools, you agree not to:

  • create or seek child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors (real or fictional)
  • violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
  • create unlawful content under applicable law
  • make non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful deepfakes, harassment, or threats
  • attack or abuse infrastructure (ours or third parties’)

We may block access or report abuse. Third parties may enforce extra rules (including adult-content / NFAA labels on model cards).

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Our Site content

Original Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Pony Realism or its licensors. Do not copy the Site as a whole for commercial republishing without permission.

6.2 Your prompts and third-party outputs

We do not claim ownership of prompts you type into a third-party Space or images that Space returns. Rights and commercial use depend on the third party and the model license — not on a separate ownership grant from us.

6.3 Feedback

If you email ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the Site without paying you.

7. No accounts or paid products (current scope)

Right now the Site has no accounts and no paid generation billing. If that changes, we will update these Terms and describe the new features clearly.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not promise that:

  • the Site or third-party Playground will always work
  • model outputs will be accurate, unique, or fit any purpose
  • articles about Pony Realism are complete or always up to date (the ecosystem changes quickly)

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Pony Realism AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES LINKED OR EMBEDDED FROM THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ABOUT THESE TERMS OR THE SITE IS CAPPED AT US $100, or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any), whichever is higher.

Some places do not allow these limits; there we limit liability as much as the law allows.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Pony Realism harmless from claims caused by your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your use of third-party models/playgrounds in a way that harms others.

11. Changes and access

We may change the Site or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend access for abuse or legal risk.

12. Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
